4:00 PM Pacific (7:00 PM Eastern)

Our work doesn’t end when the polls close election night — observing AFTER the election is also important! Volunteers are needed around the country to observe the counting of votes and other processes that happen in the hours and days following the end of voting — in both primary elections and the general election. Observing can be a fascinating and rewarding experience!

Come learn about how you can be part of this essential step in making our elections fair, secure, and transparent. Whether you can help for a couple of hours or on multiple days, you can make a difference!

Even if you personally don’t have the right to vote due to age, citizenship status, or loss of rights, you’re welcome!

At this training, you’ll learn:

  • Why observing after the election is important
  • How to prepare to observe
  • What to expect when you observe
  • Problems to watch for
  • How and where to report information you gather

We’ll have time for your questions after the half-hour presentation.
