Yhey (pronounced “Yay”) leads online operations at Scrutineers, delivering strategic, tech-savvy support across email campaigns, event systems, community engagement, and fundraising initiatives.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Marketing, and over 15 years of online business management experience. She has provided remote operations support to mission-based entrepreneurs and organization leaders across all industries.

By coordinating seamlessly with leadership and empowering mission-essential workflows, she ensures every digital touchpoint – from automation to outreach – advances Scrutineers’ impact with clarity and care.

In addition to leading systems, tools and marketing initiatives that empower Scrutineer’s mission and vision, Yhey makes time to foster shelter animals by extending care where resources fall short and embodying her belief that small acts of love can spark meaningful change.
